Apple’s iPad makes its international debut

With no less than 700.000 items sold on the day of its debut, April 3rd, and a million items sold since then in the US, Apple’s iPad has finally become available in stores all over the world. “I wanted to touch it as soon as possible. I felt real excitement when it was finally in my hands,” said Takechiyo Yamanaka, 19, who camped out in front of the Ginza store from Wednesday evening to be the first in line. “My job isn’t making waves, but to ride them”

How many times have you struggled to achieve something? Do you know who you really are? Do you know how to give the best of yourself? Are you looking for your competitive advantage? Do you have something special that nobody has? Probably all this questions lead to one thing: your “ID”. Nevertheless, I’m not talking about your identification in terms of documentation, but in terms of what make you different and what takes you to the edge.

I want you to make a difference, I want you create your “art”. So, I have something to tell you, that perhaps will help you or perhaps not…What I can assure you is that it helped me a lot, so why not try? Here you have my equation:

Look for what you like/enjoy to do the most. When you find it, look for what you're really good at and when you have it, put it all together.
Identify your strengths and weaknesses. Once you get it, amplify your strengths and work to fill in the gap that your weaknesses created.
Analyze your environment and act accordingly. That is to say, take profit of the trends and market opportunities and build a defense mechanism against exterior threats.
Time to go deep in yourself, take the whole “you” (traits, behavior, characteristics, skills and abilities) and reasonably apply it to the result above, but not before giving your personal touch to the overall. I.e. mine is irreverence and commitment.
Now it's time to turn it philosophical...list your values and principles and claim your challenge (mission or objectives). Note: all this process should be done under a visionary approach.
Take every single step, align it with your beliefs and wishes, melt it down and shake it, till it gets concentrated. Finally, with the "mix" in your possession, the only step left is, STICK WITH IT every day of your life...
