The MBA program at Fundesem has been the best moment in my educational life.  I assimilated new knowledge and learned new techniques which I can apply to the general culture of business and to the management of companies.  I believe that I am well prepared to confront various management situations, thanks to the solid base of knowledge that I achieved during this academic year.  I think that it is also important to highlight the importance of the system in which you have one complete year of full-time study.  It was a difficult and intense year but I achieved my firm objective of consolidating knowledge and ideas and understanding new systems and techniques.  At the same time, the MBA program at Fundesem allowed me to study outside of my own country, in a tranquil setting, in which I could concentrate on the daily work of the MBA.  As a foreigner, I was pleased by the cordiality, friendliness and good treatment I received from my fellow students and the professors, throughout my MBA program.

One of the characteristics that differentiate the MBA at Fundesem from other programs is the international exchange with prestigious schools of business in Europe and America.  The possibility of continuing my professional educational development in another country was one of the most influential elements in my decision to study at Fundesem.  After studying for one summer at the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland, I recognise that my experience there was extraordinary, granting me the opportunity to understand business realities in other countries, study in a multicultural atmosphere, practice a language very different from Spanish, and travel to many new places.  I would definitely recommend the international exchange option to all of those who come to study in the MBA program at Fundesem.

To study at Fundesem for my Masters in Commercial Management and Marketing has been a unique experience for me because this institution, apart from contributing to my future and my professional growth, has offered me many things on a personal level.  For me, coming to Spain to study represented a great sacrifice but, looking back on it now, I can really say it was worth it.  As a foreigner in Spain, Fundesem helped me very much in dealing with unfamiliar circumstances and made me feel at home, giving me support and collaboration in all aspects.  I benefited from the Masters program in that I met marvellous people, saw different parts of the world and came to know some very different customs and ideologies.  The enrichment that this exchange with other people and cultures gave me represents a great part of the learning process I had.  With regard to the professors, each one of them gave a grain of sand to the learning process, in a practical and pleasant manner, which helped me to understand the day-to-day reality of a company and the overall environment of business.  All of this knowledge has helped me very much in my career, and I have put it to use at a business in Alicante at which I have the privilege to work.  Also, I feel that this is only the beginning because I know that the business environment is always changing and that companies must adapt themselves to this change.  A professional must advance and adapt through time and, in this way, update and expand one’s knowledge to be able to work in the competitive upper levels of business management.    

At Fundesem, the dynamics of the classroom environment are different from those to which I was accustomed.  That is to say, the sessions are structured in blocks of classes in which more than 30 professors share their knowledge.  This allows the students to learn from various points of view and select the perspective which, according to their own criteria, works best for them.  The most important reason for which I decided to come to Spain to study was my desire to enhance my cultural experience, share different life styles and learn about different customs and traditions.  I had the opportunity to share my classes with 35 exceptional colleagues who helped me adapt rapidly to new culture.      

Fundesem was an excellent choice for my MBA program.  I learned about a great variety of management tools from different areas of business, giving me a deeper and wider global vision of the business world.  At the same time, the business simulation and exercises allowed me to reinforce and put into practice these tools.  The professors at Fundesem are very open and professional, always willing to help you deepen your understanding of a particular theme or clarify doubts.  Additionally, it was enriching to live and study with students from other countries such as Spain, Germany, France, Venezuela, China, Peru, Hungary, Rumania and Mexico.  I learned from other points of view and new perspectives regarding the world of business.  Fundesem exceeded my expectations, giving me useful new abilities and knowledge with which to return to my job and do better work than ever before.
