Fundesem manages an internship program for its students, with the objective of complementing the classroom training by putting into practice the skills and knowledge acquired and facilitating their entry to the world of work.
Why would an internship student be of interest to a company?
	For the possibility of undertaking studies in various areas (finance, accounting, marketing, commercial, logistics, human resources, etc.) that the company considers necessary, but cannot do due to a lack of available time and/or personnel.
	Having an internship student offers a quick and economical employee selection procedure in that it is based on a prolonged trial period in a realistic context for assessing the candidate.
	The companies and their employees are providing an effective contribution to improving the training process of future managers and / or professionals by adding the real-life in-company component.
	TRAINING VOUCHER: for every internship student, the company will receive a cheque to the value of €500 to use for the production of long-term programs. In addition, they will receive discounts on seminars, consultations, etc.
	And because the more than 1,000 companies who have accepted such students, have had their expectations surpassed.
