Forty years ago, a small group of business professionals joined together to create Fundesem.  Today, the Foundation is comprised of more than 200 businesses.  The focus of our courses is sharpened by the close relationship between our school and these 200 businesses.  Our programs take into account the challenges and needs of business.  Given the close relationships that Fundesem maintains with so many businesses, we are able to place many of our graduates in attractive positions within companies.

Fundesem not only gives its students knowledge, it gives them “know-how.”  Through the use of the “Case Study Method,” we allow the student to participate in an interactive, pragmatic learning environment.  Students confront realistic business situations, learn to work in teams, participate in business simulations, and gain field experience outside of the classroom.  Following this methodology, students are able to immediately apply what has been learned in the classroom.

The faculty at Fundesem is comprised of more than 250 prestigious professionals with significant management experience in a wide range of businesses.  The close relationship between students and faculty generates an ideal environment in which to apply the school’s participatory methodology.   

Fundesem is a business school which believes in people and their professional development.  Our commitment to our students is reflected in services such as job placement (we place 95% of our graduates within six months), internship programs, international student program, and student exchange programs with prestigious universities and international business schools.
