On some pages of our website we ask you for some personal details with the sole objective of personalising our services to you as much as possible and offering you ever-higher quality. We guarantee to respect your privacy and your legal rights as laid down in Spanish law and the regulations applying in the European Union.


Why do we gather this information?

The details you send to us are confidentially placed on a file whose owner is the Fundación para el Desarrollo de la formación y Gestión Empresarial (FUNDESEM), registered foundation of the Valencian Community number C.V.27 p.Y.f. (A) and with C.I.F. G-03174018.

This file has been created for a variety of reasons such as; personalisation of the services offered on the website, to keep you informed of new courses and events which could be of interest to you, to send commercial information to those who wish it, to obtain statistics that allow us to offer better services, as well as to undertake maintenance and administration of the site. Under no circumstances will this information be given, lent or sold to companies or institutions not related to FUNDESEM without your express prior permission.

The visitor or user of our site is expressly informed about the inclusion of his/her details on our database, as well as the use to which they will be put. FUNDESEM reserves the right to exclude any user that provides false information.


Application of the Law

This website has been set up according to Spanish and EU norms (particularly the Information Society Law and the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th December referring to the Protection of Details of a Personal Nature, as well as other regulations currently applying in Spain and the European Union). You have the right to access your details as stated in these laws and consult, alter or erase the information given. You need only apply in writing to FUNDESEM (Calle Deportistas Hermanos Torres 4, 03016 Alicante, Spain) stating your name, surname and ID. You may also contact privacidad@fundesem.es and apply by e-mail.

FUNDESEM has adopted all the legally-required security systems to protect your data and has installed the technical means to prevent their loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft; a user name and password being necessary to access certain areas of the web. However, FUNDESEM will not accept responsibility for any harm that may befall the user due to a negligent use of the password assigned to him / her.


The use of 'cookies'

We use cookies in order to recognise users as they move through the different areas of our site. These are small harmless files that your browser will file and they do not contain any private data.
